My name is Anne Nguimbous, founder of Passion Of Soul and owner of FoodSouls'Cuisine.
God Blessed us with so many skills we decided to combine my two passions: caring for the homeless and providing exceptional regional cuisine with a taste you will not find elsewhere.
FoodSouls'Cuisine Is a for-profit business providing catering, cooking class, home chef, marinades and sauce creator, few special bakeries, snacks as well as job training and opportunities for the homeless.
Passion Of Soul Is a non-profit offering housing.
By launching both, we hope to provide permanent home, food, and opportunities to those who are most vulnerable, our chronically homeless.

About our Cooking
Grow up in a farmer family who love to cultivate and cook using fresh and organic ingredients.
My kids and I have food allergy and intolerance who make us start creating recipes to accomodate our needs.

We can accommodate any food allergens, offering more then 20 recipes for: Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Corn, Soy, Nuts-free options.
- Vegan and Halal option available, and free to have ingredients of your choice.
We created our own Marinades made of fresh Herbs and vegetables. Freshly made everyday.
We use our Marinades to cook our delicacies.
Our Sauces and Dressings are also freshly made and ready for you to enjoy with your salads, sandwiches and fingers-food.
